OLEP forms
2023-24 OLEP Report Forms:
- ECS-Grade 12 Education - French second-language (French Immersion and French as a Second Language)
- ECS-Grade 12 Education - French minority-language (French only)
2024-25 OLEP Funding Commitment Forms:
Due to negotiations with the federal government on additional funding allocations, school authorities will not be required to submit 2024-25 Commitment forms by June 30, 2024. Once full funding allocations are confirmed, further communication about 2024-25 Commitment forms and the revised submission deadline will be shared.

- student full-time equivalency and project allocation amounts for the upcoming school year
- the OLEP Funding Commitment Form templates for the upcoming school year
- the OLEP Report Form templates for the current school year

Deadline for school authorities to submit OLEP Report Forms for the previous school year.

October
Remaining portion of previous school year funding released to school authorities whose OLEP Report Forms were submitted and approved

November
First payment(s) of current school year funding released to school authorities whose OLEP Report Forms from the previous school year and Commitment Forms for the current school year were submitted and approved
