Introduction

The Bilateral Indigenous Patient Navigator Grant Program, Indigenous Patient Navigator Grant Program and Indigenous Primary Health Care Innovation Fund will help support First Nations, Métis and Inuit partners to design and deliver culturally safe health care programs that meet their unique needs.

Important dates

Bilateral Indigenous Patient Navigator Grant Program

  • Application deadline – February 3, 2025, at 4:30 pm.

Indigenous Primary Health Care Innovation Fund

  • Rolling submissions open – December 20, 2023
  • Application deadline for 1st review* – February 2, 2024, at noon (closed)
  • Application deadline for 2nd review* – June 17, 2024, at noon (closed)
  • Application deadline for 3rd review* – November 15, 2024, at noon (closed)
  • Projects begin – February/March 2024 or later (upon approval)

Applications will be reviewed following each application deadline. Applications are welcome any time prior to the third application deadline on November 15, 2024, at noon.
