2024-25 Diploma exam update
The weighting of diploma exams returned to 30% on September 1, 2023. Students who wrote a diploma exam or completed a diploma exam course in 2022-23 may still be eligible for the 20% weighting that applied at that time. Introduction
The Grade 12 Diploma Examinations Program has 3 main purposes:
- to certify the level of individual student achievement in selected Grade 12 courses
- to ensure that provincewide standards of achievement are maintained
- to report individual and group results
