Individual and corporate donors have the opportunity to support sport, physical activity and recreation in Alberta.
The Sport, Physical Activity and Recreation (SPAR) Donation Fund Program encourages support for the development of sport, physical activity and recreation in Alberta. The program gives individual and corporate donors an opportunity for a tax incentive to invest in the future of the sector.
Use the form below to make a donation. Donors must agree to the terms and conditions at the bottom of this form before submitting it.
Donations from a Corporation are made without any express or implicit conditions and without any rights, privileges or personal benefit accruing to the company, its shareholders, or directors as a result of this donation.
Donations from an individual are made without any express or implicit conditions and without any rights, privileges or personal benefit accruing to the donor or those related to the donor as a result of this donation.
Without limiting the unconditional nature of a donation, donors may suggest that support be provided to the program type and activity type may be selected later in this form.
I understand that Ministry of Culture is in no way obligated to follow this suggestion.
I understand that only benefit I will receive, having met these terms and conditions and CRA gift guidelines, is an official donation receipt.
If it is determined at a later date the donation in some way violates Canada Revenue Agency's guidelines, the Ministry reserves the right to request the return of the official donation receipt.
