The Senate nominee election and referendum vote took place on October 18, 2021.

Senate nominee election and referendum results are available on the Elections Alberta website.

Residents of First Nations, Summer Villages, Improvement Districts and Special Areas as listed below and in Ministerial Order No. MSD:066/21 and MSD:085/21 were able to vote by special ballot if they wished to participate. A detailed list of these communities is provided below.
