Overview
Alberta’s Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS Act), Regulation and Code set minimum standards for health, safety and wellness in Alberta’s workplaces. Employers and workers need to know these rules. The 2023 OHS Code is available to view or download.
The OHS Code has been amended by Alberta Regulation 242/2022 in force as of March 31, 2023. The OHS Code is available in various formats, see details below or view the order form.
