The Housing Market Notes contain analysis of the latest housing market data for Alberta, released quarterly, with data from the Canadian Real Estate Association, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, and Statistics Canada.

Housing market key indicators

Sales remained strong in Alberta’s housing market during the fourth quarter with robust price growth. Construction activity continued to be elevated with a high number of housing starts and units under construction.
