RTDRS conducts all hearings by phone. Parties wishing to proactively provide their phone number for an upcoming hearing are asked to phone 403-297-8550 and leave a message with their name, case number and phone number.
Email [email protected] or phone 310-0000, then dial 780-644-3000, for information pertaining to the RTDRS. The RTDRS does not accept applications or evidence via this email address.
Emails are not received by RTDRS staff for up to 48 to 72 hours after the email has been sent. If your email is of an urgent nature please fax us at 780-644-2266 or call us at toll-free 310-0000, then 780-644-3000.
Updating your phone number for a hearing
To update your telephone number for an upcoming hearing call 403-297-8550. Leave a message with your case number, full name and telephone number. This phone number is for messages only and will not be answered.

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, refrain from mailing any documents to the RTDRS, as they will not be delivered. Instead, you can submit your documents through the RTDRS eFiling Service or by fax at 780-644-2266.
