Community Development Unit including the Freedom to Care program
The Community Development Unit provides (no fee for service, no charge to client) customized comprehensive support to the non-profit and voluntary sector through a range of specialized services including accessible educational resources such as webinars, online courses and guides; tailored coaching, consultation and facilitation to build organizational capacity; and connects stakeholders to drive system-level change through collective action.

The Non-profit and Voluntary Sector Policy and Strategy Unit provides research, analysis, policy and strategies to build and strengthen the capacity of the non-profit and voluntary sector.
