Description: tornado warning in effect

At 3:57 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time Wednesday, Environment Canada has updated a tornado warning for South Central Alberta. Extra care and attention should be exercised. The following localities are included in the warning: Enchant, Vulcan, Carmangay, Lomond, Brooks and Kinbrook Island Park. Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm that is possibly producing a tornado. Damaging winds, large hail and locally intense rainfall are also possible.

Area: Vulcan Co. near Lomond Travers and Little Bow Reservoirs

  • Newell County No. 4
  • Taber
