Overview
The Land and Property Rights Tribunal (formerly Surface Rights Board) has adopted new Guideline ABSRB 2020.1 for serving notice to operators who are corporations that have been discontinued (struck or dissolved) under the Business Corporations Act for less than 5 years.
Under this Guideline, written notice to these operators will be published on this website. The Tribunal will consider that the operator received notice the day after it was published on the website.
