Western. While escorting a fugitive (Jennifer Jason Leigh) in post-Civil War Wyoming, a bounty hunter (Kurt Russell) is forced to take refuge among a group of strangers (Tim Roth, Michael Madsen, Bruce Dern) due to a blizzard.
