As part of our review of Alberta’s road test system, we gathered feedback on wait times, customer service and ways to improve the system.

In March 2019, Alberta's road test system was changed to a centralized booking platform and driver examiners employed by government. The system is experiencing significant delays for road tests.

Your feedback will be used to identify ways to reduce wait times and improve service delivery.
