Alberta is positioning itself as a destination for innovation investments, including for artificial intelligence (AI) and AI data centres. By promoting Alberta as a premier destination of choice for investors, Alberta’s government is encouraging economic growth and ensuring the province continues to be a leader in new technology.

While in the United Arab Emirates, the delegation will meet with key officials and business entities to promote the province as a hub for technology and innovation investments. They will also attend the Global AI Show on Dec. 13, where Minister Glubish has been invited to speak to raise Alberta’s profile as a leader in AI and AI data centres.

This mission also presents an opportunity to learn how implementation of advanced technology supports transformation within the justice system. Learning about digital advancements, and considering implementation opportunities, has the potential to expand digital services in our courtrooms and increase access to justice for Albertans.
