Basic rules
Alberta law requires government to publish the following information about variances or exemptions issued by Employment Standards after January 1, 2018:
- the name of the employer association or employers in a group
- the provisions of the Employment Standards Code or Regulation that were varied or exempted
- the effective date and duration of the variance or exemption
