Holi is a Hindu festival that celebrates the arrival of spring and the triumph of good over evil. Known as the "Festival of Colors", it is marked by the throwing of coloured powders, music, dancing and festive meals. Holi is a time for communities to come together, forgive past grievances, and celebrate renewal and joy.
National Indigenous Languages Day recognizes the importance of preserving and revitalizing Indigenous languages, which are integral to cultural identity and heritage. The day aims to raise awareness about the challenges these languages face and encourage efforts to ensure their survival for future generations.
