Service description: Home Visitation is an early intervention strategy designed to foster healthy child development based on the goals and needs of the family and within the context of the family home. Home visitation programs provide in-home parenting education and family support services to expectant parents and those with children newborn to six years of age.

Service description: Providing Support for families with children ages 7-18 years of age. This program is to increase the family’s skills and abilities to manage day-to-day parental stressors and to enhance each family’s ability to care for their children. The in-home family support is most often supported in the family’s homes; however, it can also be delivered to families in their community, at a coffee shop or the library, and over the phone at the family’s request.

Service description: Supporting the development and strengthening of the caregivers parenting skills and knowledge to enhance their capacity to create safe, responsive, and nurturing environments. While supporting healthy development of their children, building parental resiliency and promote whole family involvement and wellness.

Service description: Promote the growth and development of actively engage infants, children and youth through a broad range of parent/caregiver interactive activities to assist them in reaching their developmental potential socially, emotionally, physically, cognitively and spiritually.
