Service description: Trained Home Visitation Practitioners provide caregivers with information and support that helps them improve and enhance their parenting skills and provide a safe, nurturing environment for their children. Practitioners link families to a network of community services and resources that can help strengthen a family’s well-being. Participation in home visitation is voluntary and services are based on individual family needs.

Service description: Programs and services for families with children ages 0-18 that promote child/youth social, physical, emotional cognitive and spiritual wellbeing in order to help the child/youth reach their developmental potential.

Service description: Group parenting programs, one-on-one support, (including in-home meetings) and opportunities to meet other caregivers with children 0-18. All families welcome!

Service description: Caregiver Capacity Building services offered in Chestermere. Programs are universal, community-based, culturally relevant programs and services for parents and caregivers with children 0 – 13 years of age. Programs focus on caregiver supports and educational opportunities to build the well-being and resiliency of caregivers and children by providing foundational skills, and supports when they are needed most.
