  • Service description: A wide variety of parent education courses, workshops and pop ups including Circle of Security, Triple P (all Levels), Nobody's Perfect and Kinds Have Stress too. Child Development Screenings and support plans as well as drop in child development programing that supports parents with tools and strategies to foster healthy development in their child.   • Service description: Providing Support for families with children ages 7-18 years of age. This program is to increase the family’s skills and abilities to manage day-to-day parental stressors and to enhance each family’s ability to care for their children. The in-home family support is most often supported in the family’s homes; however, it can also be delivered to families in their community, at a coffee shop or the library, and over the phone at the family’s request.

  • Service description: The Outreach Supports program supports youth and their families that are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless through targeted programming that includes referrals to community organizations, family reunification, education, employment, access to cultural supports and skill development that assists youth in having healthy transitions to adulthood.
