Service description: Information and referral and coordination of services for Albertans.

Service description: Offers child development (0 to 12 years of age) and parent education programs with cultural and non-cultural content for children, youth, and families to attend in a fun learning environment. Social programming for all ages also offered.

Service description: Through a series of activities, programs and events we intentionally build relationships with youth and assist them in overcoming barriers to reaching their personal and career goals in relation to personal development, education, employment and peer relationship building. Youth receive individualized case management support, as well as participating in a variety of programming that reflects their interests and allows relationship building between staff and participants. Within a resiliency framework, youth case workers will identify resiliency capacities and coping skills for children and youth to build upon.

Service description: The Home Visitation program promotes healthy relationships, positive mental health and well-being. The building of individual and family resilience is embedded throughout the program and supports families to understand their experiences and parenting skills, and to focus on strengthening their knowledge and capacity in order to support healthy attachment as well as brain and child development in the early years.

Service description: Terra Centre’s Family Learning Program works directly with young parents until they are 25 years old. Services are focused on increasing parenting capacity and life skills through home visitation and groups, connecting parents to community resources and assistance with goal setting.

Service description: Candora offers individual and family support to help everyone grow and learn the tools to live healthy and happy lives. We offer parenting courses, children’s programs, individual resource support and adult learning programs.
