The program principles guide an understanding of child and youth development that involves all types of family members and caregivers, and supports learning in formal environments such as schools, day cares, and children’s programs as well as informal environments like the family home, community spaces, and out in nature.

Service description: Home visitation services for families with children 0 – 6 years to promote parent and child interaction, child development, traditional parenting knowledge, cultural experience, and knowledge in the Stoney Nakoda Way of Life.
