Service description: Programs and services promote positive connections between young people, their families and their communities and promote the physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual wellbeing of young people. Programs and services develop natural supports that create responsive and nurturing environments for young people so they have the opportunity to reach their developmental potential. Programs may be offered both in-person and/or virtually.

Service description: Claresholm Outreach operates a resource and referral office where vulnerable families and youth are assisted in navigating service systems and accessing resources and help in times of need.

Service description: We provide Caregiver Capacity and Parent Education through accessible, non-judgmental, and flexible programs from families, children, youth and parents/caregivers with children aged 0-18 years. We also provide our program Building Blocks In-home Visitation Services.

Service description: A variety of programs and services for families with children 0-12 years that promotes a child's social, physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual well-being as well as parenting, family support programs for families with children 0-18 years, and community outreach support.

Service description: Counselling services for children and youth that support the development of protective factors while reducing risk factors.

Service description: Trained Home Visitors provide families with information and support to help improve their parenting skills and provide a safe, nurturing environment for their children. Home Visitors also link families to a network of community services and resources they can use to provide their children with a good start in life. Participation in Home Visitation programs is voluntary. Program services are based on family needs.
