Service description: Information and referral and coordination of services for Albertans.

Service description: Trained Home Visitation Practitioners provide caregivers with information and support that helps them improve and enhance their parenting skills and provide a safe, nurturing environment for their children. Practitioners link families to a network of community services and resources that can help strengthen a family’s well-being. Participation in home visitation is voluntary and services are based on individual family needs.

Service description: Family facilitation includes elements of parent education as well as child and youth development programming. All parent education programs offered by the FRN provide support for parents wanting to learn about their child’s development in a variety of areas and enhancing their parenting knowledge and skills to support their family.

Service description: To serve children, youth and families that are experiencing significant adversity and would benefit from one-on-one support services in their home.

Service description: Counselling provided to caregivers and their children. Services provided to help manage their mental health, increase their knowledge of supports, and increase their overall well-being.
