Our programs are offered in our space, The CLUB, Cochrane’s only teen dedicated space, as well as 14 area middle and high schools, and rural community centres.

Service description: Our Home Visitors are highly skilled to support your parenting goals and understanding your child’s needs. If you are pregnant or have children up to 6 years of age, we will help you achieve your parenting goals right in your own home! YOU CAN EXPECT TO: • meet regularly in your home, by phone or virtually • set goals • learn more about your child’s development • receive guidance for parenting & child development • make connections with your community • gain problem-solving skills

Service description: The Caregiver Capacity and Support program provides evidence based and informed education and skill building opportunities for parents/caregivers. A range of programs are offered for parents/caregivers with children ages 0-18, focused on enhancing caregiver capacity to create a safe, responsive, and nurturing environment and encourage positive parenting practices. This increases parental confidence, competence and supports healthy child and youth development.

Service description: Our FRN offers a variety of programs to increase the physical, mental, and social emotional development of children, birth to age six. Our experienced team offers an enriching environment within each program, providing a safe and fun place for children to socialize, play and increase fine motor skills, while parents/ caregivers learn about child developmental, access resources and supports to ensure their children are reaching identified milestones.
