Provides recommendations to the Minister of Advanced Education or Registrar of Land Agents on matters related to land agent licensing.

The Land Agent Advisory Committee is established under section 23 of the Land Agents Licensing Act.
Membership
The Land Agent Advisory Committee is comprised of the Registrar and between 8 to 12 committee members appointed by the Minister of Advanced Education.
At least 4 members are licensed land agents and at least 4 members are owners. One of the members is designated by the Minister of Advanced Education as the chair and the Registrar acts as secretary to the Committee.
The term served by a member of the Land Agent Advisory Committee cannot exceed 3 years and no member can be appointed for more than 2 consecutive terms.
The committee is currently inactive as the last committee expired August 2024. Information on the new committee will be updated once the recruitment and appointments are complete.

Compensation disclosure
Public sector bodies are required to post online the names and compensation paid to:
- all committee members
- employees who earn over a threshold amount (see Public sector body compensation disclosure)
This is a requirement under the Public Sector Compensation Transparency Act. The postings are required by June 30 each year and will be maintained for 5 years.
