Designated Industrial Property complaints

File a complaint on a Designated Industrial Property assessment or appeal an Equalized Assessment.

Overview

Completed complaint forms and fees (by cheque or money order, payable to the Government of Alberta) must be received in the Edmonton office of the Land and Property Rights Tribunal on or before the complaint filing deadline.

Form submission process

Go to the Forms and resources page to download complaint forms.

Completed complaint forms must be sent to [email protected]. Attach all documents to one email and send to the attention of the Designated Industrial Property Complaint Administrator.

The complaint form must be validated prior to submission. Macros must be enabled for the form to validate. Refer to the 'Instructions' and 'Lookup Values' tabs on the Excel document for information about how to complete the complaint form.

Fees

Fee payment must be made by cheque or money order, payable to the Government of Alberta.

Hearing dates
