FOREIGN OWNERSHIP OF LAND REGULATIONS (section 14) - Orders that the transactions relating to certain lands under which the fee simple interest in the lands is acquired by Tom Nichols for estate purposes and caveats claiming beneficial ownership pursuant to a will are registered by Robert Thad Sherley and Tasha Elizabeth Sherley Escoto for estate purposes are excluded from the operation of the Foreign Ownership of Land Regulations, except for sections 22 and 25.

FOREIGN OWNERSHIP OF LAND REGULATIONS (section 14) - Orders that the transaction under which a fee simple interest in certain lands is acquired by 2543500 Alberta Ltd., or by any existing or future affiliate of 2543500 Alberta Ltd., for the purpose of operating facilities for the coating of large diameter pipe, storage of pipe and related services is excluded from the operation of the Foreign Ownership of Land Regulations, except for sections 22 and 25.
