POST-SECONDARY LEARNING ACT (section 73); FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT (section 81) - Approves the refinancing of borrowing by the Board of Governors of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology of $111 000 000 in Canadian funds from the Alberta Capital Finance Authority, which had been approved by Order in Council numbered O.C. 160/2014, for a term not to exceed 30 years and at an interest rate not to exceed 4.5% per annum, for the construction of the Productivity and Innovation Centre and the acquisition of property.
