ALBERTA RESEARCH AND INNOVATION ACT (section 7); ALBERTA RESEARCH AND INNOVATION REGULATION (section 3) - Appoints Jane Halford and Brett Robinson to the board of directors of Alberta Innovates, each for a term to expire on October 30, 2019; appoints Judy Fairburn to the board of directors of Alberta Innovates for a further term to expire on October 30, 2018; reappoints Gordon Lambert, Patricia McLeod, Rohit Sharma, Anne Snowdon and Tom Thompson to the board of directors of Alberta Innovates, for various terms, and re-designates Judy Fairburn as Chair and designates Anne Snowdon as Vice-chair of the board of directors of Alberta Innovates.
