Introduction
The Alternative Capital Financing Partnerships Office leads the assessment and procurement processes for a wide range of infrastructure projects that includes education, housing, environment, health and transportation. We find ways to finance and deliver major infrastructure projects through innovative partnerships with the private sector that combine traditional and alternative financing and delivery models.
Financing options
Public-private partnerships is the preferred procurement model for constructing and operating major capital infrastructure.
Process for private sector, industry investors to submit unsolicited proposals for financing and delivering needed public infrastructure.
Other available infrastructure funding, including support from Canada Infrastructure Bank, to attract financing to the province.
