Call for performers and vendors
Alberta Day is a celebration of the story of Alberta and an opportunity to tell it again and again, year after year after year. Alberta is seeking performers, food and market vendors for Alberta Day celebrations on August 31, 2025, in Edmonton and Calgary.
Performers
Applications for Alberta Day 2025 performers have now closed. Successful applicants will be contacted in spring 2025.
Food truck vendors
Vendors require:
- approval to sell food from Alberta Health Services AHS (Food permit and AHS water supply confirmation)
- information of what food is being sold
- website or social media links

Market vendors

In recognition of this anniversary and in celebration of our province’s unique spirit, culture and heritage, we have designated September 1 as Alberta Day.
