Description: This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. The Municipality of Jasper has cancelled the Wildfire alert.

The wildfire is no longer Out-of-Control, and is now classified as Being Held. It is safe to return to the town of Jasper and resume normal activities. Other than the townsite, Jasper National Park remains closed.

Area: This alert is no longer in effect.

Action to take:

• Only residents of Jasper are cleared to return
• All residents should continue to stay informed and prepared during wildfire season
