A flood warning remains in effect for the McLeod and Athabasca Rivers. Whitecourt continues to monitor the water levels, and has experienced localized flooding in areas in town. The Evacuation Order for Sagitawah RV Park remains in effect.

Area: This alert is in effect for the Town of Whitecourt.

Action to take:

• Evacuees from Sagitawah RV Park must register with the Park at 780-778-3734
• Avoid floodwaters
• Flood water can be fast moving and may surge, creating dangerous conditions
