Description: Alberta Emergency Alert: Overland Flow Flood Alert Updated

Update 5: The following areas in Fort McMurray are now open including MacDonald Island, all downtown streets northwest of Riedel Street and all downtown streets northwest of King Street between Highway 63 and Franklin Avenue. Other parts of the lower townsite remain under a mandatory evacuation order due to flooding.
