Description: Alberta Emergency Alert - Wildfire Alert Updated
Update 3: The Mackenzie County Evacuation Order remains in place.
Evacuees can register at the Reception Centres at the La Crete Heritage Centre at 15411 – 1060 TWP RD or the Fort Vermilion Community Cultural Complex located at 5001 – 44 Ave. To register, please call 780-502-0778. A number of highways and roads in the area of the wildfires are closed due to smoke and dangerous driving conditions. Check https://511.alberta.ca/region/Northern%20Alberta#:Alerts for more information on road conditions. More information is also available at the www.mackenziecounty.com , https://wildfire.alberta.ca and the Government of Alberta http://emergency.alberta.ca emergency updates websites. The public can also call 310-4455 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM for wildfire related information.

- Evacuees must register at a Reception Centre and the impacted public should be prepared to be away from home longer than initially planned
