There is a large amount of water travelling across land. This is leading to localized flooding in low lying areas.

Water levels receded overnight but are expected to increase again this afternoon. The Emergency Operation Center is activated and crews are monitoring the situation.

Action to take:

• Be aware of areas known to flood easily such as streams and drainage channels
• Do not travel or cross roads that are under water and do not go around barricades
• Keep away from fast flowing water
• Listen for further updates and follow the instructions that apply to your area
