There is a large amount of water travelling across land leading to localized flooding near roads and intersections. Many roads have and may been impacted by high water flows and may be impassable and may not be barricaded. Avoid driving on roads that are not passable, do not pass barricades, they are in place for your safety. Reduce your speed especially in the dark.
