The global spotlight will shine on Vancouver, but the glow will reach across our country. Alberta will capitalize on opportunities to invest in our future, while celebrating excellence in sport, culture and the arts.

The Alberta Olympic and Paralympic Secretariat is pleased to support the Celebrating Excellence program, recognizing Alberta’s exceptional youth who have demonstrated leadership through sport, art, culture, education or community involvement.

Travel Package
One male and one female student accompanied by a legal guardian from each of Alberta’s 83 constituencies will spend an exclusive day at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games. This one-day trip includes:

Return airfare to Vancouver from Edmonton or Calgary
Tickets to an Olympic event
Tickets to an evening Victory Celebration
A visit to Alberta House in downtown Vancouver
