Personal information collected in TWINS is managed and protected by Alberta’s privacy laws, the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act, the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), the Education Act and Certification of Teachers and Teacher Leaders Regulation.
