PUBLIC SERVICE ACT (sections 11, 14 and 25.2) - Effective August 17, 2015, amends Order in Council numbered O.C. 322/2014 to remove the position of “Associate Deputy Minister of Policy and Planning” and add the position of “Special Advisor on Water Quality”; and amends Order in Council numbered O.C. 7/2015 to add the position of Special Advisor on Water Quality as a designated office holder.

GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION ACT (section 4); PUBLIC SERVICE ACT (section 18) - Effective August 17, 2015, appoints Shannon Marchand as Deputy Minister of Seniors, authorizes an additional deputy minister for the President of Executive Council designated as Deputy Minister of Policy Coordination Office and appoints John Heaney as Deputy Minister of Policy Coordination Office and appoints Ernie Hui as Special Advisor on Water Quality.
