“Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Ukraine at this time of extreme chaos, in their fight for democracy, freedom and the rule of law. I know the hearts of all Ukrainian Albertans have been saddened by these events and are with their family and friends as well.
“We support the Government of Canada’s appeal to the Ukrainian government to work with the opposition and demonstrators to respond to their legitimate calls for democracy and an end to this political crisis.”
