Road closes permanently at 50th street and Anthony Henday Drive
Edmonton... Motorists are advised that 50th Street will be permanently closed at the northwest Anthony Henday Drive right-of-way as of Thursday, October 20. There will no longer be access to Anthony Henday Drive from 50th Street. Alternate, permanent routes include 66 Street or Manning Drive.
As part of the northwest Anthony Henday Drive project, this road was scheduled to close earlier in the construction season, but the contractor was able to delay the closure.
