Purpose: Albertans are being asked to provide their input on draft regulations for Bill 23, the Unclaimed Personal Property and Vested Property Act. The bill will create a repository and a searchable database for owners to locate unclaimed or vested property.

How to participate: Draft regulations are now being developed and interested persons are invited to provide input into their development.
