Purpose: Albertans are invited to share their thoughts on a draft career development strategy to help all Albertans plan for and manage transitions between learning and work.

How to participate: Please take time to read the discussion document, and most importantly, please take time to respond to the short online survey.

Connecting Learning and Work: Alberta’s Career Development Strategy (pdf, opens in a new window) provides a vision for creating a coordinated, integrated learning and career development system. It outlines actions that will provide Albertans with better access to career and employment programs and services, and helps them to be more adaptable and productive workers.
