Order in Council approved August 17, 2009
HONOURABLE MR. STELMACH 434/2009 ELECTION ACT (sections 3 and 39) - Provides that, where voting is necessary in the electoral division of Calgary - Glenmore, September 14, 2009 shall be the day on which voting is to take place.
