Clarke as a member of the board of directors of the Alberta Capital Finance Authority for a term to expire on July 11, 2012. 369/2009 INSURANCE ACT (section 498) - Makes the Insurance Councils Amendment Regulation to permit Appeal Panels to determine the disposition of appeal fees. 370/2009 INSURANCE ACT (section 801.1) - Makes the Recovery of Administration Costs Regulation. HONOURABLE MR. GOUDREAU 371/2009 PROCLAMATION - Proclaiming section 80(a) of the Alberta Public Agencies Governance Act in force on the date of issue of the Proclamation. 372/2009 PROCLAMATION - Proclaiming the Architects Amendment Act, 2006 in force on the date of issue of the Proclamation. 373/2009 ARCHITECTS ACT (section 9) - Approves the Architects Act General Regulation. HONOURABLE MR. GROENEVELD 374/2009 MARKETING OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS ACT (section 23) - Makes the Alberta Beekeepers Plan Amendment Regulation to provide membership options for beekeepers with fewer than 100 colonies. 375/2009 WHEAT BOARD MONEY TRUST ACT (section 2) - Appoints Gerard Vaillancourt as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Wheat Board Money Trust. HONOURABLE MR. HANCOCK - HONOURABLE MR. LIEPERT (ACTING) 376/2009 TEACHERS’ PENSION PLANS ACT (section 5); TEACHERS’ PENSION PLANS (LEGISLATIVE PROVISIONS) REGULATION (AR 204/95) (section 2) - Effective August 8, 2009, appoints Karen A. Elgert as a member of the Teachers’ Pension Plans Board of Trustees for a term to expire on August 7, 2013. 377/2009 TEACHING PROFESSION ACT (section 28) - Approves the Dispute Resolution Process Amendment Bylaw. HONOURABLE MR. HORNER 378/2009 ALBERTA RESEARCH AND INNOVATION ACT (section 7) - Makes the Alberta Research and Innovation Regulation. 379/2009 POST-SECONDARY LEARNING ACT (sections 16 and 56) - Appoints William Smith as a member of the board of The Governors of The University of Calgary for a term to expire on July 7, 2012. 380/2009 POST-SECONDARY LEARNING ACT (sections 44 and 56) - Appoints, effective August 2, 2009, Kevin T. Burton as a member of The Board of Governors of Medicine Hat College for a term to expire on August 1, 2012. HONOURABLE MR. KNIGHT 381/2009 ENERGY RESOURCES CONSERVATION ACT (section 5) - Appoints Theresa L. Watson as a member of the Energy Resources Conservation Board for a term to expire on July 3, 2014 and designates Bradley Thomas McManus as vice chair for a term to expire on December 31, 2012. 382/2009 MINES AND MINERALS ACT (sections 5 and 36) - Makes the New Well Royalty Reduction Regulation. HONOURABLE MR. LIEPERT 383/2009 HEALTH DISCIPLINES ACT (section 14) - Appoints Olu Adetunji to succeed Gayle Rainsforth-Duncan as a public member of the Board of Governors of the Alberta College of Paramedics for a term to expire on July 7, 2012. 384/2009 HEALTH PROFESSIONS ACT (section 13) - Reappoints Gayle Stevens-Guille as a public member of the council of the Alberta College of Optometrists for a term to expire on August 8, 2012. 385/2009 HEALTH PROFESSIONS ACT (section 13) - Appoints Nikki Sandie as a public member of the council of the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Alberta for a term to expire on July 7, 2012. 386/2009 HEALTH PROFESSIONS ACT (section 13) - Appoints Mark Tims as a public member of the council of the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta for an additional term to expire on July 7, 2012 and appoints Murray Donaghy to succeed Deborah King as a public member for a term to expire on July 7, 2012. 387/2009 M.S.I. FOUNDATION ACT (section 4) - Appoints Dr. Matthew Spence as a member of the board of trustees of the M.S.I. Foundation for an additional term; appoints Dr. Douglas Wilson as a member of the board of trustees and designates him as chair; and appoints David Coutts as a member of the board of trustees, each for a term to expire on July 7, 2012. HONOURABLE DR. MORTON 388/2009 EXPROPRIATION ACT (section 25) - Reappoints John Mah as a member of the Land Compensation Board for a term to expire on November 30, 2012. 389/2009 FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY ACT (section 4) - Declares that, for the purposes of the Fiscal Responsibility Act, an emergency exists throughout the Province in the form of extraordinary losses, damages and costs resulting from wildfire conditions with respect to the 2009-2010 fiscal year. 390/2009 FORESTS ACT (section 4) - Makes the Timber Management Amendment Regulation. 391/2009 FORESTS ACT (section 16) - Approves the entering by the Minister of Sustainable Resource Development into a forest management agreement with Daishowa-Marubeni International Ltd. in respect of an area of land east of the Peace River. 392/2009 FORESTS ACT (section 16) - Approves the entering by the Minister of Sustainable Resource Development into a forest management agreement with Daishowa-Marubeni International Ltd. in respect of an area of land west of the Peace River. 393/2009 FORESTS ACT (section 4); ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND ENHANCEMENT ACT (section 37) - Makes the Forest Resources Improvement Amendment Regulation to extend the date to February 28, 2011. 394/2009 SURFACE RIGHTS ACT (section 3) - Amends Orders in Council numbered O.C. 504/2006 by striking out section 2(b), and O.C. 323/2007 by striking out clauses (c) and (d). HONOURABLE MS REDFORD 395/2009 ELECTION ACT (section 9) - Appoints Carmen Carron as a returning officer for the electoral division of Calgary-Glenmore for the purposes of conducting a by-election in that electoral division. 396/2009 MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT CLAIMS ACT (section 25) - Makes the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Amendment Regulation. This Regulation prescribes the amount of the fee paid from the Abandoned and Seized Vehicle Program for payment of more than one tow vehicle. 397/2009 PROVINCIAL COURT ACT (section 9.1) - Appoints John Randolph Shaw as a judge of The Provincial Court of Alberta, effective July 8, 2009. 398/2009 PROVINCIAL COURT ACT (section 9.23) - Reappoints Judge Leo Joseph Wenden as a judge of The Provincial Court of Alberta for a term of one year to expire on September 6, 2010. 399/2009 PROVINCIAL COURT ACT (section 9.24) - Effective August 3, 2009, appoints Judge Michael George Allen as a part-time judge of The Provincial Court of Alberta for a term to expire in accordance with section 9.24(8)(a) of the Provincial Court Act. 400/2009 PROVINCIAL COURT ACT (section 9.24) - Effective September 7, 2009, appoints Judge Kenneth Leif Rostad as a part-time judge of The Provincial Court of Alberta for a term to expire in accordance with section 9.24(8)(a) of the Provincial Court Act. 401/2009 PROVINCIAL COURT ACT (section 9.3) - Effective September 2, 2009, appoints Judge Harry Donald Gaede as a supernumerary judge of The Provincial Court of Alberta for a 2-year term to expire on September 1, 2011. HONOURABLE MR. STELMACH - HONOURABLE MR. HORNER (ACTING) 402/2009 ALBERTA ORDER OF EXCELLENCE ACT (section 4) - Appoints Audrey Luft as a member of the Council of the Alberta Order of Excellence for a term to expire on July 7, 2012. 403/2009 GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION ACT (section 4); PUBLIC SERVICE ACT (section 18) - Appoints Tim Wiles as Deputy Minister of Finance and Enterprise. 404/2009 GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION ACT (section 4); PUBLIC SERVICE ACT (section 18) - Appoints Robert Bhatia as Deputy Minister of Seniors and Community Supports.
