About the courts
There are three levels of court in Alberta:
- the Provincial Court
- the Court of Queen’s Bench
- the Court of Appeal
A fourth level of court is the Supreme Court of Canada, which is based in Ottawa and is Canada’s final court of appeal. More details on Alberta’s courts can be found in the links below.
