Study of Board Governance in Crown Organizations.  Manitoba's Office of the Auditor General has completed an extensive survey of governance practices in fifty of Manitoba's most important public sector agencies.  This document includes the results of the survey as well as an informative appendix - "Attributes of Effective Governance" (Appendix C). 

Audit Fundamentals Resource Package for Child and Family Service Authority Audit Committees.  The Board Resources and Development Branch of Alberta Children and Youth Services has produced print materials to assist Board Members in understanding the audit function.  This resource is found in the Board Member Manual, Volume 2:  Governance Documents.
