Lethbridge Century Farm and Ranch Awards, August 18

“Our province’s farm families are the heart of rural Alberta, and the ongoing success of the agriculture sector depends greatly on their hard work and commitment. It is an honour to recognize families who have contributed so much to their communities and built a tremendous legacy through many generations.”

Oneil Carlier, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry

“As we head into the fourth generation of farming our land, we continue to gain perspective on the legacy of our ancestors’ hard work. A century of family success has helped build our future, and will continue to build a future for upcoming generations.”

Lyle and G-Nel Nelson of Milo, award recipients
