  • Cst. A. Berube and S. Berube are appealing an official warning for discreditable conduct while off duty. They allege that the penalty was arbitrarily imposed by the Chief.

An independent body established pursuant to the Police Act in 1973, the Alberta Law Enforcement Review Board reviews public complaints about police officer conduct. The board also reviews police officers’ appeals on disciplinary action.
